SHIPPING POLICY
- Subscription orders are shipped by the 15th of each month.
- T-shirts are custom-printed and ship within 7-10 business days.
- Shop items ship within 5-7 business days (unless otherwise stated).
- International shipping fees include all customs and duties.
We offer a 1-click Shipping Protection option on every order. This protection allows us to instantly resolve any shipping issues for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. By opting out of the shipping protection, Teacher Care Crate is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the postal service checks in the package for delivery, it becomes their responsibility to ensure the package reaches its destination. For any lost, damaged, or stolen packages, the customer will need to file a claim directly with the postal service.
SUBSCRIPTION BOX ORDERS
All subscription sales are final. We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped or on prepaid multi-month subscriptions.
If a product is defective, damaged, or missing from the crate, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com. Provide a photo of the condition of the box and of the damaged item(s). We will send you a new item or credit your account. In situations where items are to be returned, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product is not damaged in transit.
The subscription boxes are curated well in advance, and some crates, or the items within them, can sell out quickly. In such cases, we will send out special crates or replacement items. If there is an item in the crate that does not work for you, we recommend gifting the item to a friend or family member who might enjoy it.
T-SHIRTS & TEE CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS
All t-shirt sales are final.
Our t-shirts and shirt subscriptions are custom-made per order; therefore, all sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or there is an error in the print. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com. You must provide a photo of the defective or incorrect item. We will offer a replacement or credit to your account.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for t-shirts due to size or style preferences, as each item is made to order.
SHOP ORDERS
Shop products are available for refund (less shipping fees) within 14 days of order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and product must be received in the condition it was sent. Please take reasonable care to see that the product is not damaged in transit.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. However, if you experience any issues with accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product.
